Trying to find Morris

Hi I'm trying to 'sort out' the Morris side of my family. G/G/Father Ebenezer (a boot maker) born 1851 St Georges East, London) G/G/mother Alexandra nee Lambert, born 1862 Camden, London) children: Ida G, my G/father Frederick E, Charles C, William A, (all born in Penge which was in Surrey at that time, now in Kent), Ethel D, Anthony, George and Alexandra (born Sydenham Kent). Alexandra was his second wife (I think) as she was living with Ebenezer and still a Lambert. They got married in Croydon just before 1901 Census. My G/father Frederick on his marriage certificate has assumed the name of Alexander Edward Frederick Webb-Morris!! I have a feeling that the 'Webb' might be his biological mother's name. Is there anyone out there that knows anything of the other children or of a previous wife for Ebenezer. Regards Stephanie Webb-Morris |
