Jones Camden Hornchurch Essex Does anyone remember the Jones family, Robert, Arthur, Ernest, Ellen and born between 1903 and 1910? They lived in Camden and also Hornchurch. Their parents were Ellen Sarah Ives and Arthur William Jones. Ellen married Harold Leslie Brown, and had Jean Christine and Margaret between 1930 and 1944. Harold worked for a motor company but was an accomplished musician and played in an orchestra during the war. Ernest (known as Ernie) Jones married and had Frank, Margaret, David, Eric and Beryl. I think they lived on a farm at least until 1956. So I'm looking for the marriages and children of Ernest's children. They would be 65 to 75 now. Frank entered the army in the summer of 1956. Robert or Bob died of lung cancer around 1955. His children were Elsie,Gabby, Betsy and Mariam or Marion. Other names that are linked are James Alexander Moffatt and Dora Moffatt. Aunty Libby ?Allen Doris Allen Not sure if these are relatives on the Jones or Brown side. We haven't had contact with the Jones family since my parents came to Canada in the late 50's. Sharon |
