Hello, i am helping my partner find his relatives on his grandfathers side of the family - Williams. His grandfathers name was Charles Percy Williams born approx. 1894? and died approx. 1960. His great grandfathers name was Walter Williams who died the day before his 100th birthday. He was a coachman to Lord Cobham at Haigley, Stourbridge. They were born and bred in Oldswinford, Stourbridge. Charles Percy Williams married Sarah Ann Robinson. The Williams family were wall of death riders. One of the cousins was Bert Williams a famous 1950's footballer/cricketer. They also had a cousin W.E.R Piddington who was also a wall of death rider and was a spy-despatch rider during the war. He was known as Mad Ginger and he wrote a book called Russian Frenzy about his captivity in Siberia in 1950. He was from Smethwick, Birmingham. Any other information would be appreciated.
