HALL I am trying to find any members of my Fathers' family in HULL, EAST YORKSHIRE. Dad was GEORGE ALFRED JEFFREY HALL, born 1915. He had a lot of siblings. Names I can remember are: LYDIA - my godmother- (I believe she emigrated to Australia to be with her daughter Olive)? ALBERT EDWARD - born in 1911 I also remember visiting my Auntie Edie, Pat, Stan and Dennis. They used to live in the MERSEY STREET area of Holderness Road in HULL. My Mum's name was Ethel, my sister was Jean. My father also had two sons from his first marriage. I believe their names were BRIAN HALL and MALCOLM HALL, not certain though. His ex-wife was Kathleen Maria (nee Branton). I think cousins have fishing boats at Tunstall, near Withernsea, or they used to have. Any info on my family gratefully received. |
