TOALAN, PATRIC WILLIAM ('Stan') Married to FLORENCE ANNE COOPER Hi I am still trying to find my REAL grandfather. I know he was known as 'STAN' (however Stan is not necessarily his real name. It seems he was called Patrick William TOALAN - shows on my nannies second marriage certificate to who I thought as my Grandfather). He would have been born around 1920 in ENGLAND. He lived in NORFOLK, ENGLAND, UK (possibly GT YARMOUTH) around the time of his sons (my dad) NICHOLAS birth in DECEMBER 1948. He was married to FLORENCE ANNE COOPER b1920 (known as ANNE or ANNIE) in about 1942 (Poss in BOURNEMOUTH) who was born in KINGSTON UPON HULL, YORKSHIRE, ENGLAND, UK. However, they split before (or not long after) my dads birth. (I think he went and lived with a woman who was having a child by him). She had a girl (poss called ANITA). He drove a black cab in NORWICH, NORFOLK, ENGLAND, UK. (I think he was based at NORWICH TRAIN STATION). I'd LOVE to get in touch with him (or if he has died a relative). Tracy |
