Hi, I'm trying in vain to find info on my Gt Gt Grandmother Nona Smith b c1855 in Southwell Nottingham. Nona married my Gt Gt Grandfather Francis/Frank Lineker on 12th June 1871 at St Marks church Nottingham, the place of residence for both of them at the time of marriage was Milk Square. There was no mention of Nona's father on the marriage certificate so I've drawn a blank there? and I can't find any record of her birth, christening etc. If this sounds familiar or if anyone is able to give me any clues as to Nona's parentage, I'd be very grateful.
