Hello, I am trying to trace back from a William Hampton born 1856 who married an Emma Pearson and lived in Dock Lane Dudley. Do not know if he was from Dudley originally. regards Diane.( I do not have any other Hampton names.)

I am researching the Hampton family from the Sedgley/Coseley/Dudley area from the 1830's to 1900. My main interests are: Joseph and Elizabeth Hampton (nee Parkes) with children Hannah (b 1829), John (b 1834), Samuel (b 1837), Thomas (b 1839), Enoch (b 1841) and Job (b 1846). Enoch Married Mary Ann ? and had the following children: David (b 1877), Thomas, Lydia, Mary Ann, Mary E, Hannah and Samuel. David Hampton married and came to Yorkshire in the early 1900's. Would anyone with the same interest in these names please contact me.
