Trying to find my Great Grandfather Ernest Charles Williams. He married Edith Sarah Barnes in Cliffe, Kent in 1913 but his marriage certificate states he was resident in Peterborough, and a widow but no age stated. His wife was born in 1878 so he may be of a similar age. His occupation was Railway Employee, but is a Railway Foreman on my Grandmothers birth certificate in 1914. My Grandmother was Agnes Kathleen Edith Williams, and she had/has a sister called Annie. I can't find him in the 1901 census in Peterborough and without looking at Railway records am a bit stuck. |
