My g-grandmother was FLORENCE ELIZA COOK/COOKE. She married my g-grandfather JOHN GLENVILLE BOGG at St. Marks Church, Lewisham in 1887. Here her name is given as COOKE. However on the 1881 census the family is called COOK! She was born about 1866 in Dorking, Surrey. Her father's name was FREDERICK COOK/E born Redhill, Surrey. He was a railway Porter. Her mother was ELIZA COOK/E. She had a younger sister AMY ELIZABETH and a younger brother FRANK GEORGE. In 1881 they were living at 96 High Street, Lewisham. Any connections out there? Frances |
