Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	CHARLES EDWARD SMITH arrived in Brisbane Australia in 1948 with his wife JESSIE (NEE SINCLAIR) and their four daughters:Shirley,Angel,Marie,Clair....His occupation is listed as an engineer's toolmaker,he is my maternal grandfather and I don't know much more about him,they came to Australia from Tilbury,my mother said he is Irish but I am not certain of that.He was separated or divorced from my grandmother at some point and no one had contact with him since as far as I know,I would like to know any information of him and any relatives/ancestors..
