Information required on Joseph Chapman father of William Chapman who was born 1820/1 Ecclesfield Yorkshire re 1881 census. William married Frances Bartendale Oates on 25 Dec 1845 known children Fanny Elizabeth bn 1847 Eccleshall Brierlow, James bn 1850 Manchester. James married Sarah Ann Peake 1869 children James bn 1870 Emily bn 1873, Thomas bn 1878, Anna bn 1881. Ancoats Manchester James married Sarah Ann Blair 1889 children James bn 1891, William bn 1893, Sarah Ann and Susannah 1895, Joseph ?.Ancoats Manchester William married Mary Jane Smyth 1915.Ancoats Manchester.
