Angus Report 3 Nov 2005 21:06

I have a copy of a letter and family tree from a Marie Chapman who visited this country from the USA to partake in a reunion meeting at 'The Old inn' at Cleves nr. Bristol in July 1986. I was too young to attend but if you were there or you have any connection with the Chapman clan from Bristol, please drop me a line. My grandmother was a Daisy Chapman dob c.1893 in Bristol married Herbert Victor Holliday. she had 10 siblings Ada, Frederick, Eliza, Matilda,William, Albert, Winifred, Alfred, Ivy and Herbert and father was Frederick Henry Chapman d.o.b Oct 1855 a river pilot on the bristol channel, who married Elizabeth Rees (eliza) on Chistmas day! 1876. (Grandfather was a William Chapman married Anne Davis in 1850, according to the tree listings)
