Any links to Eleanor King dob approx 1819 from Sandown Who married A James Henry Moreton dob approx 1818 from Abingdon Berkshire. They had a daughter Hannah Louisa Moreton approx dob 1860 Abingdon Berkshire. Hannah had three sons Frederick dob 1883 Oxford Workhouse,George 1888 Hemel Hempstead and Albert George 1893 Hemel Hempstead. Hannah later married William Payne who was born in 1862 and they had a daughter Emily dob approx 1900. Hannah Moreton was my Great Grandmother and Albert her son was my Grandfather. The surname Moreton over the years has changed its spelling which maybe through an error . The way we spell it today is Morton or it might have been this way all along. Regards Marion Morton |
