Further info on ETHEL LOUISA JONES (see below) the following information has been found on the 1901 census and seems to match in with a lot of other names and dates I have. If it is correct then her family was: JOHN JONES b about 1855, MATILDA JONES b about 1865 (parents) and her siblings: FRANCIS b about 1883, JAMES b. about 1890, EDGAR b a 1888, THOMAS b a 1890 (twins??), ETHEL b a 1892 (my grandmother), WINIFRED b a 1895 (who may have married A DAVIES) and HAROLD b a 1899. Phew! All this detective work is addictive!
