Hi, I am trying to find information about my Grandfather John Richard Bell, he was born in 1894 in Derby. His parents were John Richard and Christilina, and he had one brother - Charles and two sisters - Sarah and Christilina. He married Evelyn Katrine Lax in 1920 and had two sons Percy and Arthur. I am told that he and my Grandmother separated probably before 1950 and that he died before 1972. He was a violinist, a member of the musicians union and had worked in Yorkshire, Scotland and I believe in London areas. I would be interested to find out any information about his life. I have a birth certificate but cannot locate a death certificate. Rumour has it that he died in London. Any help greatly appreciated, thanks. |
