Hi, I am trying to find the family of: BEATRICE AGNES CLARK, born in 1899 in Plymouth. Her parents were DANIEL CLARK of Eccleston (Prescot), Lancashire and CATHERINE (KATE) FOLEY of Plymouth. Her brother was DANIEL CLARK/CLARKE (my great grandfather). To the best of my knowledge, their parents died young and Beatrice was adopted and remained in or around Plymouth, while Daniel was sent to Bishop Brown's Orphanage in Stockport, Cheshire. I don't know if Beatrice changed her name when she was adopted. My grandfather and 'Aunt Bea' were in touch until the mid 1990's when he learnt she was near death. He died in 1996. I would love to get in touch with any members of Beatrice's family. Thank you. |
