Mary Knight Mitchell. I am looking for the relations of my great-aunt by marriage, Mary Knight Healey (nee Mitchell) She was born in 1865 in Alford, Scotland, and had siblings, Margaret born 1861, Isabella, 1863, then Mary 1865, George, 1869, Alexander, 1871 and James 1874. Mary, known as Molly, married my great-uncle William Healey of West Sussex, and they had one son William born in 1899 who sadly died, unmarried in 1936. Their house remained in my family until last year, 2005, and so has only recently been cleared. I have something of interest to the descendants of her siblings, and would be glad to be able to return it to its rightful owners, if you are able to prove the relationship. Thanks |
