Member Since: April 2004 Posts: 0 Send Message	Hello To Everyone Trying To Find Jones This is just a stab n the dark. My Grandad was born in Wales. He never talked much about his family. And I was to young to remember him. His name was Robert David Jones Born abt 1903. Believe his fathers name was William(and worked on a farm). He was one of four children Doris, Kate, John were the other 3. He left home as soon as possible to join the Royal Engineers. I dont think he kept in touch with his family in wales. But i think he used to visit one of his sisters who moved out of Wales He married a Zeta Peck in Colchester England. He was a driver most of his life. His Father was deceased by the time they got married in 1930 By the way .Kate could be Kathleen Doris cold be Dorcas Not sure on this. I beleive William and his family worked on a farm and probably lived on the farm. Please let me now if the might be a connection having real trouble tracing his line. So many Jones's. Does anything ring a bell? Regards Kevin
