I am trying to trace what happened to a GEORGE COOK who was born in 1900 and lived at 46 Dashwood street Battersea with his sisters, father and mother in 1902. he was the son of George Charles Cook and Elizabeth Mary Burnett both of Battersea London. He had 3 sisters CLARA, MAY and LILIAN. If anyone has any news of any of the above people, especially GEORGE COOK b 1900 Battersea. CLARA COOK b 1897 Battersea (I have lately found out that Clara Elizabeth Cook married JOHN SCHOLES in Greenwich in 1926 and moved to Manchester where she had 3 or 4 Children AUDREY b 1928, MAUREEN ?? b 1929, GERALD b 1930 and EDWIN b 1932) MAY COOK b 28 December 1901 or LILIAN COOK b March Quarter 1905 Then I would love to hear from you. I know that Georges mother Elizabeth died aged 29 in 1907 and GEORGE CHARLES COOK married SUSAN JANE POCOCK at Godstone in Surrey late in 1908. Many thanks Brian |
