Member Since: July 2005 Posts: 1 Send Message	Can anyone help with my search for my Grandfather Samuel Young, he was born in Tansley Derbyshire, in 1865, he was still living there in the 1881 Census but after that he disappeard, I have managed to find out that at some point he joined the Cheshire Regiment and fought in the Boer War, I know that he got a medal, a DCM, then he re-appeared in Hathersage in the early 19 hundreds. I know about him after that, but somewhere in the missing years he got married, that is all I know. Thanks Nora
