I am trying to find any information on Henry King who was my great grandfather on my grandmother's side. he was born on the Isle of Wight in1854. He served in the army in Malta in the 1880's and married a local, Gratia Micallef. Had 2 children in the West Indies, George and Charles. They returned to the IOW. from early 1890's where they had another 5 children including my grandmother Rose Louisa, 1900. In 1901 they are in Greenwich, London where Henry dies in his early 50's. A last child, Ernest Robert, is born 9months after Henry died. If anyone recognises any of this information then please get in touch. Andrew J. Wood. |
