Trying to find Clark

My maternal great grandmother was called Lily Clark. She was born in 1888, she died in 1951, the date 12 November is significant because my mum can't remember whether she died or was born on this date. She was living in Manchester at the time of her death and had lived there for a long time, because all her children were born there, but I am not sure if she was born there. She married Samuel Coppin, who died in the first world war in France and had 6 Children Doris, Lena, May, Lily, Mary (my grandmother) and Margery, and a boy called Sam. I am particularly looking for marriage details, but any info would be gratefully received. Thanks Lisa
