Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 0 Send Message	Trying tofind George Smith who was a 'mariner' on my grandfathersbirth certificate. He was married to an Alice Jane and they had another 6 children besides my grandfather. Their names were Elizabeth[kilmartin] sally[carrabine] augustus Charles[[my grandfather] Mary[Islay] James and Selma{Whitfield} This George Smith was originally from Sweden and settled in Sunderland Co. Durham If anyone knows anything I would be grateful. His Swedish name was Gusav Gustafferson {not sure of this though may be different spelling]
