Member Since: June 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	I am trying to find the brother and sister of my step dad.His name is Charles Seymor Cooper,he has just had his72nd birthday in feb.I think his brothers name is Arthur and he was in the police force.They lived in east london and thats about all I know any info would be great.Thanks Debbie
