Trying to find Smith

Christopher Smith I have been on this list before looking for a Jack Smith but further information has come to light that now shows the name I am looking for should be, John Henry Lyons Smith, he was aged 29 when he married my mother in 1944 at Dartford in Kent, he is down as a Motor Lorry Driver working at the Machinery Depot Writtle Chelmsford, his father was named as Jack Lyons Smith (it may be that the Jack should be John) at the time of the marriage he was deceased and his profession was Coal Miner. I do not know where they were from, but it could be Nottingham or Kent. If you think that you may know them please do contact me. |
