Pemberton COOK, I have just started looking for my mothers family her father was Joseph (Pemberton) Cook born approximately 1885 possibly london possibly north, they dropped the Pemberton, his father was Edward (Pemberton) Cook not sure when he was born but approximately 1850, we believe that Joseph (my grandfather had several sisters one of whom was called Lydia) and that his father had at least one brother who had something to do with ships or boats. My mother believes that Edward was a journeyman/blacksmith or something similar. If anyone can help i would be grateful |
