I'm looking for any information on My Grandfather George Seymour Smith and his parents. He was born in Leytonstone London in 1911, I think he had 2 sisters, and I believe one of them was called Olive. I think his Father was called George E Smith, but I cant confirm this. I know he lived in Australia for a while when he was younger. He married my Nan, Nellie Brooksbank Caley in 1941, they had 1 child, my father Anthony (Tony) in 1947,he later married a lady called Doreen, they had 1 child called Wendy. He lived in Stoke Holy Cross, Norwich until his death in 1994. I know I'm taking a long shot as Smith is one of the most common surnames in England :) Any help would be appreciated :) Cheers, Clare |
