Trying to find Smith

Please can anyone help I am trying to find details on the parents of Eliza Smith born about 1880, she married John Pennington on 28 August 1902 and he died, she then married James Thomas Jackson on 6 August 1910 in the church of the Holy Name in Chorlton On Medlock, Lancashire. Eliza had a sister Maria Smith born about 1870 in Manchester she married James Callaghan on 25 Dec 1890 in Hulme, Manchester, they had a daughter Mary Ellen about 1897, I believe Eliza and Maria also had a brother William Smith born about 1884. The parents were Eliza Smith nee Burland born about 1843 and died in 1924 aged 81, she married Joseph Pimblett in 1864 but he died, so she remarried John Smith in 1869, I don't know when John Smith was born but he died before 1902.
