Member Since: February 2006 Posts: 1 Send Message	Hello all, l am seeking any information on my Grandfather, Herbert Smith who lost his life in a mining accident in North Yorkshire (pit unknown, sorry) Believed to have happened Nov 1940? Pit records only record multiples of 5 apparently. Also desperate for info on any of Herberts sibs, namely Frank, Edgar, Lillian, Arthur, and Frederick all believed to have lived in Guisborough, North Yorkshire. Thanking you all in anticipation of a result, here's hoping we ALL find who or what we're looking for. Cheers.
