My mother insists her grandmother or great grandmother was scottish. Her grandfather was James Williams born 1861 in Cardigan and her grandmother was Mary Williams born 1866. Her great grandparents were James Williams born 1830 and Elizabeth Williams born 1833 and Hugh Wiliams born 1840 and Margaret Williams born 1838. Where is the Scottish connection: her middle name is Wilson which is from the Scottish connection. Please help me so I can finally find where this Scottish connection comes from. Sue Durston |
