Hi I am trying without much sucess to trace my gt grandfather henry smith (known as harry) he I believe was born and lived in Hull and worked as a dock labourer, he was born around 1877 and married a lady called Amy Boyd they had 3 children, thomas Henry, ethel alice and cath possibly Kathleen, Amy belonged to the family the founded the Boyd line fishing company, If anyone can help at all please get in touch, as I am not having much luck, the other side of my family are called Jones, so lots of needles in haystacks to find thanks annette |
