Member Since: June 2004 Posts: 10 Send Message	EDWIN JONES I am trying to find my grandfathers family. I don't expect on going contact but just to know where he came from. Edwins father was Edward Jones. Edwin married my grandmother in 1918 Manchester and is listed as a soldier he was 25 years old ie born c1893. His father was Edward Jones so probably born c1870 or maybe earlier. On my grandparents marriage certificate he is a print manager. I believe but am not sure they were both born in Wales. I cannot find them on the 1901 census to-gether. There a few records listing nephews and grandsons but these don't make sense to me not knowing any other realatives. Edwin came to Australia and my mother and grandmother came to meet him here if they did meet up I don't know. I have spent hours checking through records and census and am hoping for a break.
