Member Since: November 2004 Posts: 6 Send Message	Looking for Philip D Smith who might have been born Philip D Fitzpatrick in Worthing West Sussex on 6th November 1959. Younger brother Jon (Shaun) is desperate for contact. You might have lived in Portslade when you were a baby and then moved to London with the Smith family. Any information however small would be appreciated.
