My father was George Hall Wilson, born (in 1912 ish) + brought up in Greenock or thereabouts and later became a pipe major in the Gordon Highlanders. He was a prisoner of war during WW2. His father was Thomas and his mother Mary (I think) - and he had maybe 6 or 7 younger siblings, some of whom were also Gordon Highlanders. If anyone can help, please contact me through the genes reunited website. Many thanks |
