Not sure that there is any link as my couplands were all lincolnshire but the name Damaris appears in my tree and as i had never that name until i started researching, maybe there is a distant link, maybe we could share trees |

I would like to get in touch with descendants of: Fred Bartholomew Coupland b.Bradford,1889, Nellie Damaris Coupland b.Bradford1891. Their brother Charles Harrison Coupland was my grandfather. 1901 census also shows Ernest b. Barnsley 1893 & Bertram Loius b.Hull 1896 all living at 7 Angels Terrace Drypool area who I was not aware of these 2 brothers Marshall Coupland b. Billingborough,Lincs.1864 married to Purella ?,son Arthur b.Bradford 1889,daughter Bertha b. Bradford1995. Mary Couplandb. Great Gunnerby 1870 Sarah b. Bradford 1873 married John Burton b. Bradford1873, they had James L, Jane A, Edith E, Beatrice E, Margaret A, John W. Their brother Fred Coupland was my great grandfather. Most of the men were boot & shoe makers. Anyone out there who has any info I eagerly wait to hear from you as I am not getting anywhere with my research Thank you |
