Trying to find Morris

I am trying to trace my Great grandparents who were born in Shropshire but in 1893 were living in Manchester. William Morris was born in Oswestry in 1846/7. The 1871 Census has him still living with his parents at Babbins Wood and working as a Gardener.In 1891 he is a Gardener at The Ullswater Hotel,Glenridding in Cumbria. Harriet Carter was born at Diddlebury,near Church Stretton in 1855. She was the daughter of Thomas and Martha Carter. I am unable to trace her between 1861 Census and 1893. Neither can I find details of her marriage to William. In 1893 a daughter May Elizabeth was born and the address at that time was 2 Richmond Street,Moss Side Manchester. The 1901 Census shows the family still in Richmond Street with William still a Gardener. They now have a son Ernest Charles b 1897 and known as Ernie. Slater's Directory for 1911/12 has William living at 80 Sewerby Street,Moss Side,Manchester. He died at this address in 1913 with occupation still a Gardener.
