Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 2 Send Message	My grandmother was born Emily Harris about 1885 in Membury Devon. Her father was James Harris, born about 1850 at Wambrook, Dorset, and her mother was Sarah Jane (I think), known as Ann. She was born in about 1851 in Dalwood, Devon. Unfortunately, I do not have her surname, and would appreciate any information about this Harris family. (Emily married John Sampson, and eventually moved to Blackborough End, near King's Lynn in Norfolk.)
