JOHN - JOSEPH and THOMAS KING Trying to find more relatives/details of John King - Born 1788c in Gloucester - believed to have married Ann (fairly late in life 60+) and had 2 sons. He was listed as a Chelsea pensioner she was in her late teens or twentys (census doc is unclear) Sons where Joseph Harry 1853c and Thomas Bayliss King 1852c born Stonehouse Gloucester. Ann later married a Thomas Chandler and had 3 more children Ernest, Mary and William and then married a Simmons and had a further two children Fanny (my great grandmother) and Charles. We have pieced together some of the Chandler and Simmons decendants but no Kings yet. Any information would be helpful as my side of the family seem to have kept Ann a bit of a secret for some reason. Would love to find Ann's maiden name all we know is she was born in Stourport Worcestershire |
