Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 0 Send Message	I trying to find my adopted sister She was named SADIE SMITH at birth, her birth date is 11 August 1968 and was born at Hope Hospital in Salford, Manchester. Adopted at approx 6 weeks old. I don't know her adpoted name. Mums name ANN SMITH (married name is Martin) her date of birth 26 April 1953, mum lived in Blackburn, Lancashire. Anyone with any information will be gratefully received. Thanks Kirsty
