Hi I am looking for OLIVE who has some connection to the Windley name. She was last know to be living in West Cliff on Sea during the 1970's-1980's she was supposed to the one person who knew 'all' about the family.We assume she has now died, however if anybody knows anything please make contact. |

My father's sister was called Olive Windley, born in Wellington Shropshire in about 1913, moving soon after to Grimsby Lincolnshire with mother Florence and father Harry Spencer. She married James H Smith in about 1937 and I think they moved to Chatham, Kent, where they had a daughter Carolyn. So it is feasible that she moved to Westcliff later I suppose. Maybe this is of help |
