	Trying to find Andrew John Mitchell and Amanda Jayne Mitchell, children of Noeline Ann Mitchell (nee Elkins) and Philip Mitchell. Noeline was the daughter of Lily and Noel Elkins. Any info would be appreciated. Andrew would be around 41 yrs old and Amanda a few years younger. They are my cousins, who I have never met, but I know Andrew is interested in family history.
