Hi Ruth

I am on a bit of a fishing trip here, but as we have a lot in common. I thought I must give it a go.

My G/G/Grandfather James Berry born 1818 in Huddersfield was a Stonemason,he had a brother called Harry or Henry.

His first son was called George W born 1853 in Brighton,Sussex also a Stonemason, and he called one of his daughters Amelia.

Please have a look at my tree and see if you can find any common ground.

Regards Mike

I have a George Berry, Stonemason, born in 1836 in Huddersfield. He married Emma Dyson, and they had Lotte, James Edward, and Dyson all born in Halifax. It seems they then moved to Wakefield, and another son and daughter Lillie and Willie are on the 1881 census, but Emma now becomes Amelia - 2nd wife maybe? Has anyone any mention of any of these in their tree? If so I would love to hear from you. Ruth Berry.
