We are looking for ANY info on a joseph richard smith, who married at 22 to a 18 year old Annie maud hardiment. Address for them both in 1906 was 29 havelock st, hessle. His father was a william smith and he was a blacksmith, and Annies father was william houghton hardiment and a fisherman The witness signatures on the marriage cert are LH Hardiment and KL Smith. Marriage was at the parish church in Kingston upon hull; date of marriage 11th march 1906. We need to find Josephs parents, whether they were of German descent or not, and also any info on Annies family...ANYTHING really... Thankyou Amyx |
