Hello all fellow Gene-Seekers, I am trying to locate a DIANE LORRAINE CARR (nee SIMMONDS). Her date of birth is 6th September 1947. In 1968, when she was 20 years old, she was living with her mother (BEATRICE ALICE SIMMONDS) and father (ALFRED WILLIAM SIMMONDS) in Greenvale Avenue, Sheldon, Birmingham. She was an only child. Diane's father worked as a sheet metal worker. At that time, Diane worked as a Clerical Officer for what used to be known as the General Post Office (GPO) before UK postal services were opened up to competition and became known as 'Royal Mail'. If anyone has any information about Diane, or this detail rings any bells, I would really appreciate contact with me being made. Thanks, best wishes and good luck to everyone else with their searches. Alison (Joy) Ash |
