Member Since: September 2005 Posts: 4 Send Message	Hello, My Grandfather was William Carter, born 1882 in Millwall, London. However, another William Carter was also born in Millwall in 1882. His mother had the same name, Mary Ann, and he subsequently became the stepson of William Hearsey. Members of both families have similar connections to Greenwich and Canning Town, and I am interested to find out whether there may be any connection. If you think you can shed a bit of light on this, I would be very grateful. Thankyou. Margaret.
