Hi there. I am trying to find Benjamin Cook's DOB and his parents details. Benjamin was born cir 1769 in Surrey, England. In 1799 in England he married Ann Pouter, b. cir 1774 christened 1775 Barnston, Essex. In 1799 Benjamin was sentenced to life and sent to the colonies. His wife, Ann, also accompanied him, where she gave birth to their son on 20 Nov 1800 at sea on board the 'Royal Admiral'. Benjamin died at sea on the way to Australia. Any help would be much appreciated. Lynn |
