Looking for information on a Jacob Griffen Smith born circa 1891 Belfast County Antrim. father Robert Henry Smith (sailor/labourer) mother Eliza Jane Duggan from Lanarkshire. Jacob also known as John/Jack /Jake married Sarah Crawford (passed away 1940) re-married Doreen/Noreen MaCauley (Armagh) John died in Armagh in 1949, buried in St Mark's, Armagh. Sarah and Jonh belived to have had a son Alfie (Alfred) who played for the Armagh Whites football team in 1938, he also served in the RAF, and believed to have emigrated to Australia . John and Doreen had children Robin(/Robert), Patrick, Stella, Cora and Austin. From some information received believed to have lived at 9 Drumadd after World War 1 Any information gladly accepted |
