KAREN: Karen Lancaster dob. 11-2-62 At St Annes maternity home Simpson Hill Heywood Lancs to Barbara Lancaster ,of Hereford Rd Ellesmere Park Eccles Lancashire. Adopted 13-3-62 approx. Mother refused father's name on birth certificate or any kind of contact. No reason given. Searched in vain, contacted a woman in the UK requesting my name was made known to Agency.
