Hi Beryl
Just discovered your reply this morning and I would like to thank you for your information. (Sorry about the delay!!)
Over the last few months, I have discovered the same information that you mentioned but I am still interested to see what other information you may have about the Bowdens and Blackmores. I am trying to find out the names of Charles Bowden's mother and Margaret Blackmore's mother. We know who the fathers were - both called William (William Bowden and William Blackmore).
I am also interested in your Bowden family to see if there is a connection anywhere.
My e-mail address is [email protected]
Regards
Barbara

I am trying to find the Maiden Name of my husband's gr-gr-grandmother, Margaret, who married Charles BOWDEN around 1850 (date unknown). Charles BOWDEN was born in Chudleigh, Devon, in 1827, and Margaret was born in Trusham, Devon, in 1833 (date unknown). I have been searching for a while now and if anyone can help me I would be very grateful.
