i am trying to find out any thing about my mothers side of the family. my nana MARY JANE YOUNG, she was born in edinburgh in 1908, (to MARY YOUNG nee MORRISON and JAMES YOUNG who were married in edinburgh in 1900,) she married my grandad in london in 1935 WILLIAM SHOTTON GILCHRIST he had 6 older sisters he was born in middlesbrough in 1907 to WILLIAM GILCHRIST and ANGELINA GILCHRIST nee CONDON, MARY JANE YOUNG died in middlesbrough in 1943 aged 34. she had children WILLIAM SHOTTON GILCHRIST born in london in 1936 and my mother JEANETTE MARY GILCHRIST born in middlesbrough in 1943. we think there was other children one belived to be called CHRISTINE or CHRISTINA. if any of this rings any bells to any one please get in touch thank you. |
